The purpose of this page is to help familiarize our patients with our practice. Here, you will find basic office policies and helpful links. If you have a question that is not answered here, we encourage you to contact us.

Appointments

Patients are seen by appointment. Please call our office at (832) 328-1437 to schedule an appointment with us. We do our best to accommodate patients on the same day when the condition is urgent.

Prescription Refills

When calling for a prescription refill, we will need the name of the medication, the dosage and your pharmacy’s phone number. Please allow 48 hours to process prescription refill requests.

As a general policy, we do not accept refill requests after hours and on the weekends.

Financial Policy

All co-payments, deductibles and non-covered services should be paid at the time of service.

For your convenience, we accept cash, debit and credit cards.
